The applicant is requesting a modification to a previously approved variance to reduce the required 300 foot distance separation between a business that sells alcoholic beverages and an existing educational facility in order to operate a restaurant and sell alcoholic beverages for consumption on premises. Specifically the applicant is requesting changes to the conditions of approval, including a change of owner/operator.
