Administration has requested a referral to the Finance and Citywide Projects Committee in order to discuss funding needed to replace the roof at Historic City Hall.  Several roof deficiencies have resulted in water intrusion and interior damage to Historic City Hall. An invitation to quote (ITQ) has been issued to the gather the necessary proposals. The anticipated costs are presently estimated at approximately $150,000. This project is being submitted as a Capital Renewal and Replacement priority project for FY19; however, due to the condition the potential for additional property damage is possible.

The Property Management Department is requesting direction for funding options to make the necessary repairs.
