SUBJECT:REFERRAL TO THE FINANCE AND CITYWIDE PROJECTS COMMITTEE TO DISCUSS THE MIAMI BEACH ROWING CLUB LEASE.

ANALYSIS

Please place this item on the May 16, 2018 City Commission consent agenda.

 

Miami Beach Rowing Club's lease with the City of Miami Beach expires on May 21, 2021. I ask the Finance and Citywide Projects Committee to explore how the City can keep the tremendous waterfront asset and improve it for the years to come.
