| | Please place on the May 16 consent agenda, a referral to the Neighborhood/Community Affairs Committee, to discuss the Homeless Committee motion to fund a one-year pilot project implemented by Camillus House. The pilot project will serve 10 chronically homeless, mentally ill homeless residents of the City of Miami Beach through its Project Lazarus Program and is supported by the Homeless Committee. Any funding agreement would need to delineate specific outcome measures to determine the efficacy of this approach.
