CityGrader is positioning itself to implement the user engagement and feedback loop established by Yelp and apply it to municipalities. CityGrader indicated they have Public Partner agreements with the City of Miami and the City of Coral Gables, and they have commitments from Miami Lakes and Sweetwater. The City of Miami Beach should explore this offering and its capabilities to determine whether the City should become a "Public Partner."
