| Please place on the May 16, 2018 City Commission agenda, a referral to the Finance and Citywide Projects Committee to discuss City Attorney Raul J. Aquila’s annual performance evaluation.
As in the past, it has been customary for the Chairperson of the Finance and Citywide Projects Committee to be designated as the person who negotiates, on behalf of the City Commission, the employment contracts for the City’s three charter officers (i.e., the City Manager, City Clerk, and the City Attorney).
