Please add to the March 7 Commission agenda, a discussion item on organizing a City of Miami Beach team for the AIDS Walk, happening Sunday, April 22nd, starting at 8 a.m. at Soundscape Park, Miami Beach.   Mayor Gelber is Master of Ceremonies and I have been asked to make welcoming remarks at the AIDS Walk.  It would be nice to have the City of Miami Beach collectively come out as a group and help raise money for better prevention, testing and treatment of this pandemic disease.
