| Please prepare for the March 7, 2018 Commission meeting, an oral report on the water quality of Biscayne Bay surrounding the City’s new pump systems. People are noticing fewer fish and pelicans in the Bay than ever before. I want to ensure that before the City moves forward and installs more pumps, that the ones that we have are environmentally safe.
