As part of the Substantial Completion punch list, the Biscayne Point Island residents requested additional items to be incorporated into the scope of the project and enhance the entryway to the island, the requested modifications include: hardscape improvement, new landscaping areas, enhanced landscaping, irrigation , structural modifications to existing columns, installation of new column lights, new neighborhood entrance monument and improvements to the guardhouse including; new roof, windows, lighting and paint.
Through the NJPA process, Shiff Construction & Development, Inc. was identified as the contractor that has the qualifications and experience in performing the renovations along the entryway of Biscayne Point Neighborhood.
