| | Please place on the February 14, 2018 Consent Agenda, a referral to the Neighborhood/Community Affairs Committee to discuss the issue of excessive dog feces throughout the City and what can be done citywide to resolve this issue. I understand that the City of Surfside has implemented a citywide approach and would like to review what other municipalities are doing and consider implementing something similar here in Miami Beach.
