| Commission referral to the Finance and Citywide Projects Committee for direction regarding the continued rental of the warehouse currently being occupied by the Spectra team during the convention center renovation.

| | | | | | | | ANALYSIS
| Administration has requested a referral to the Finance and Citywide Projects Committee in order to discuss the continued rental of the warehouse currently occupied by the Spectra team during the convention center renovation. Several departments are currently using the space at the warehouse for storage and have expressed a desire to continue using the space after the Spectra team vacates the property. The extension of the rental agreement may require an amendment of the FY 2017/18 Operating Budget.
