The applicant, Rivo Alto Developments LLC, is requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new two-story single family residence to replace an existing two-story pre-1942 architecturally significant single family residence, including one or more waivers and including variances from the required setback for mechanical equipment and to exceed the maximum elevation and encroachment allowed for structures within required yards.
