Please include a discussion item on the January 17, 2018 City Commission Agenda, regarding recent variations in the water bills received by residents in Miami Beach.

Over the past few weeks, I have received several complaints related to large consecutive increases in residential water bills without an increase in consumption or any plumbing issues.  I would like City staff to explain the calculation of rates based on meter size and all factors that could be contributing to this phenomenon.
