IN RE:
The applicant, Pleasant Ways Inc., d/b/a Oliver’s Bistro, is requesting a modification to a previously issued Conditional Use Permit in order to operate a full service restaurant in Bay 15 that exceeds the number of seats currently allowed and to remove the provision allowing beer and wine sales only, pursuant to Section 118, Article IV.
