The applicants are requesting variances to reduce the required street side setback, to reduce the required open space, and to exceed the maximum allowed lot coverage and unit size for the construction of a new two-story addition, and to reduce the front and side setbacks for mechanical equipment as part of the renovations to the two-story single family home.
