| | SUBJECT: | A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, RE-AFFIRMING THE CITY’S COMMITMENT TO DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT VETERAN’S PARK ON THE SITE OF THE P LOT, ACROSS FROM THE CONVENTION CENTER AND CITY HALL; RE-AFFIRMING THE COMMITMENT FOR A GREEN PARK, MEMORIAL TO U.S. VETERANS, AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING ANNUALLY NO MORE THAN FOUR INDEPENDENTLY PRODUCED EVENTS IN THE PROPOSED PARK, WHICH EVENTS MUST INCLUDE THE DESIGN MIAMI EVENTS IN CONJUNCTION WITH ART BASEL. |
