ANALYSIS

Please place this referral item on the October 18, 2017 City Commission consent agenda.

Pink Zones are areas within cities where red tape is lightened. It is a lean urbanism concept that enables small-scale, community-centered development and revitalization. I ask the Land Use and Development Committee and Planning Board to explore this concept and examine how it could be implemented in Miami Beach.
