| | The Infectious Disease Elimination Act 2016 (IDEA) authorized a five-year pilot syringe exchange in Miami-Dade County. The IDEA Exchange is operated by the University of Miami at various locations within Miami-Dade County. Dr. Hansel Tookes, Founder and Medical Director of the IDEA Exchange, will provide a 5 to 10 minute presentation on the scheme with a view to it expanding into the City of Miami Beach. |
