Please place on the September 13, 2017 City Commission Agenda a discussion item to consider the use of natural gas, diesel or dual fuel generators within the City's stormwater system plans.

I would like to direct staff to develop a position paper and policy recommendation on the use of these generators considering criteria to include reliability, performance, installation and maintenance/running costs, the impact on private natural gas lines and usage, fuel storage, maintenance requirements, and TECO dependency among any other material considerations.
