| Please place an item for discussion on the July 26, 2017 City Commission Agenda, to discuss the current status of the Byron Carlyle and possible future uses of the facility for the benefit of the North Beach community.
At their June 29, 2017 meeting, the Mayor’s North Beach Committee passed the following motion (LTC 340-2017):
To urge the City Commission to issue an RFP for redevelopment of the Byron Carlyle Theater Site and include within the RFP requirements for a theater and community facility.

Motion seconded by: Daniel Veitia
Motion Passed: Votes 6-0
