AT 2:00 A.M. EVERY NIGHT, EXCEPT FOR INDOOR PORTIONS OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE ESTABLISHMENTS THAT ARE COMPLETELY ENCLOSED AND LOCATED ENTIRELY WITHIN HOTELS. |

| Pursuant to the request of Mayor Philip Levine, the above-referenced Ordinance has been placed on the June 7, 2017 City Commission meeting agenda as a referral to the Planning Board. Due to the multiple instances of violent crime that took place over the 2017 Memorial Day Weekend, the sponsor has requested that this Ordinance be referred directly to the Planning Board. |
