| | | | | | | | ANALYSIS
| On May 10, 2017, the Land Use and Development Committee (LUDC) discussed the proposed North Beach National Register Neighborhood Conservation District Ordinance. The LUDC has recommended that the City Commission refer the proposed Conservation District Ordinance to the Planning Board for consideration as an LDR amendment.
As part of this discussion at their May 10, 2017 meeting, the LUDC also recommend that the City Commission refer a discussion item to the Finance and City Wide Projects Committee pertaining to an economic feasibility analysis for the proposed North Beach Neighborhood Conservation District.

| | Pursuant to the recommendation of the Land Use and Development Committee, the Administration recommends that the Mayor and the City Commission refer the item to the Finance and City Wide Projects Committee. |
