Bilzin, Trustee, is requesting Design Review Approval for the exterior design modifications to an existing two-story single-family home including variances to exceed the maximum height for an elevator bulkhead and to exceed the maximum lot coverage allowed. Additionally, the applicant is requesting one design waiver (side open space requirement).
