| | | | | | | | ANALYSIS
| MIA Media Group desires to host its Legacy 20th Anniversary Gala at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel to celebrate South Florida’s powerful and influential Black business leaders for 2024. The event is planned for May 18, 2024.
A $25,000 sponsorship would provide Miami Beach an opportunity to network and engage with South Florida’s Black business leadership and community as well as promote Miami Beach as a “forward thinking community” for business entrepreneurs, investors and enterprising professionals looking to build an ambitious, prosperous and productive future. Meaningful participation in the noteworthy anniversary event and access to future collaborations and promotions may attract new businesses to Miami Beach, encourage expansion of existing businesses, and propel communication of Miami Beach’s commitment to stimulating a balanced, diverse, and dynamic economy and community.
The $25,000 platinum sponsorship will help to celebrate South Florida’s best and brightest honorees, and also foster Miami Beach’s brand and goodwill to the community and in the MIA Media Group publications through August, which is National Black Business Month, and beyond. The Sponsorship package is anticipated to include the following elements, as may be negotiated, revised, and finalized by Economic Development Department staff via a sponsorship agreement.
• VIP table(s) at a preferred location
• Logo/name in all advertising including print, broadcast, and newsletters
• Branding on invitations and promotional materials
• Prominent signage at event
• Host Honoree Reception
• Opportunity to offer remarks during the program
• Full page ad in souvenir journal
• Four months of advertisements in weekly newsletter
• Mentions in all pre and post event publicity including press release and after gala photos
• Sponsorship of awards slide show
Other sponsors include the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau, Jackson Health System and Career Source South Florida. MIA Media Group has also shared that Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava has agreed to be the Honorary Gala Chairperson.
