This proposal involves installing advanced sports lighting systems, complete with telecommunications antennas, to enhance public safety and connectivity in the South Beach area, particularly the volleyball courts and Muscle Beach. These lights will be designed to offer real-time adjustability in brightness and color, providing flexibility for different events and seasons.
