SUBJECT:A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, DIRECTING THE CITY ADMINISTRATION TO IMPLEMENT A PET WASTE CLEAN-UP PILOT PROGRAM BY INSTALLING ENHANCED PET WASTE BAG STATIONS AT STRATEGIC LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH TO HELP PREVENT ENVIRONMENTAL CONTAMINATION AND HEALTH HAZARDS AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $75,000.
