| On June 28, 2023, the Mayor and City Commission adopted Resolution No. 2023-32654, a copy of which is attached hereto, clarifying the City Commission’s long-standing policy with respect to what qualifies as a rolloff.
Vice Mayor Richardson intends to sponsor a proposed Ordinance, a copy of which is attached hereto, to update the City Code definition of roll-offs, and to delete unnecessary provisions relating to grapple service contractors and requests that the Finance and Economic Resiliency Committee review the proposed ordinance at its September 22, 2023 meeting. |
