| | The owner of property on the northeast corner of Dade Blvd and Alton Road has been working to develop a signature project, worthy of its location. However, there are limitations with the current zoning, which limit the potential for a quality project. A small overlay district may be appropriate to encourage a quality project with a desired mix of uses. I ask the Land Use and Sustainability Committee to entertain this project at its next meeting to explore how the project may be beneficial to the City. |
