SUBJECT:	DISCUSS/TAKE ACTION: TREATING RESIDENTS NICELY WHEN ARRIVING TO CITY HALL.

BACKGROUND/HISTORY

It has come to my attention that several residents entering City Hall are not greeted nicely by the gatekeepers (the security staff).

Should we consider a friendly “ambassador” when you walk through the door? Someone who greets you and says hello? This is the frontline for our residents, and I would like everyone to feel welcomed at City Hall.
