| Please place the above referral to the Land Use and Sustainability Committee (“LUSC”) on the February 22, 2023 City Commission meeting agenda. I would like the LUSC to consider whether to amend the Alton Road Office Development Overlay to exempt developments along Alton Road, between Lincoln Road and 17th Street, from certain requirements of the Overlay. A draft of the proposed amendment is attached to this memorandum. |
