SUBJECT:	DISCUSS AMENDING THE 2023 CITY COMMISSION MEETING DATES.

ANALYSIS

Pursuant to request from City Commission on February 1, 2023 item R5 M, see attached revised 2023 Commission Meeting Calendar which includes (4) additional proposed Presentations and Awards (PA) Meetings.

We are proposing the following new dates be added as PA meetings: April 17, June 21, July 19, and December 6 (we already had previously scheduled PA meetings on May 31 and October 25). Note that we are proposing to make the December 6 meeting a PA meeting, and making December 13 a regular Commission Meeting to give the newly elected officials more time to prepare.
