| At the November 14, 2022 Finance and Economic Resiliency Committee, we moved the discussion of an unsolicited proposal for 1262 Collins Avenue (a City-owned surface parking lot) to the following City Commission meeting agenda. I am placing this item on the February 1st, 2023 City Commission agenda because the item was not included in the original agenda publication. I ask that the City administration be prepared to present the proposal, which consists of a plan to develop a mixed-use building with ground-floor retail, Class A office, and a parking garage, for possible Commission action. |
