SUBJECT:A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, URGING MIAMI-DADE COUNTY TO CONDUCT AN EXPEDITED REVIEW OF THE SYNCHRONIZATION OF TRAFFIC LIGHTS ON MAJOR CORRIDORS IN THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, IN LIGHT OF REPEATED INSTANCES OF SYNCHRONIZATION FAILURES WHICH GREATLY CONTRIBUTE TO GRIDLOCK AND TRAFFIC CONGESTION IN THE CITY.
