STERNLICHT FOUNDATION AND BARRY AND MIMI STERNLICHT FOUNDATION, IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $20,000, FOR THE CITY'S 2023 PROGRAMMING FOR COMMUNITY SENIORS; FURTHER, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO APPROPRIATE SUCH DONATED FUNDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS OF THE DONOR'S GIFT, AS SPECIFIED IN THIS RESOLUTION. |
