We have been advised by Sharon I Klein. Esq. that under the Last Will and Testament of Lee Fontana BoBrow, the North Shore Youth Center, Parks and Recreation Department has received a bequest in the amount of One Hundred and Eighty Six Thousand, One Hundred and Fifty Nine Dollars and Seventy Eight Cents, ($186,159.78). The Estate has been filed in the Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida and the attorney for the Estate has published the Notice of Administration and is in the process of marshaling the assets and preparing to make distributions from the Estate. The attached Resolution formalizes the acceptance of the gift and acknowledges that it is received in memory of Lee Fontana BoBrow. Upon adoption of the Resolution, the Administration will transmit a copy to the attorney for the Estate in recognition of this kind gift to the City of Miami Beach. 

Per the 2022 community satisfaction survey the percent of residents rating the quality of park and recreation programs as excellent or good is 82% and the maintenance of parks as excellent or good is 82%.
