REFERRAL TO THE SUSTAINABILITY AND RESILIENCY COMMITTEE FOR THE CITY TO OFFER CHRISTMAS TREE RECYCLING, COMMENCING IN 2017.

ANALYSIS

Please place on the January 11, 2017 Consent Agenda, a referral to the Sustainability and Resiliency Committee for the City to offer Christmas tree recycling to residents commencing in 2017.

Attached please find an article from the January 2, 2017, Miami Herald, describing the Christmas tree pickup and recycling program instituted by the City of Coral Gables.
