SUBJECT:	REFERRAL TO THE LAND USE AND SUSTAINABILITY COMMITTEE TO DISCUSS ALTON ROAD OFFICE DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY NORTHWARD EXPANSION.

RECOMMENDATION

Please place on the April 6, 2022 Commission agenda, a referral to the Land Use and Sustainability Committee to discuss a proposed Code Amendment to expand the Alton Road Office Development Overlay for unified developments north of Dade Boulevard on the west side of Alton Road.

See relevant attachments including a letter of support from the Sunset Harbour Neighborhood Association.
