| | The Miami-Dade County Commission passed a law recently requiring building owners to provide short-term emergency housing for residents forced to evacuate over structural issues tied to neglected maintenance. The City Administration should provide the Committee with the feasibility of enacting similar legislation for Miami Beach residents. |
