| The RFP for the Collins Park Garage does not need to be fitted for future use as a residential building. The need for cars parked in this garage is heavy due to the location’s proximity to the Miami City Ballet, Bass Museum, Regional Library, the beach and Collins Avenue. I believe in the future if there is ever excess parking in the garage, the surface lot, currently used for Public Parking, between the W Hotel and The Setai should be made into a public park as originally envisioned as part of Collins Park.
