IN RE:
An application has been filed requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new 4-story townhome project, including building setback variances from Byron Avenue and Indian Creek Drive, pool and deck setback variances from Byron Avenue and Indian Creek Drive, variances from the required setback for rooftop features, variances from the maximum height allowed for building façade and from the maximum elevation allowed for projections facing 69th Street, to replace an existing 2-story building, to be demolished.
