| | Please place on the November 9, 2016 Commission Meeting agenda a discussion item regarding the creation of a public alleyway fund and or the allocation of proceeds from public right-of-ways. A determined appropriation will increase resources to housing and homeless services, and safety and security improvements of the Alton Road to Bay Road areas. |
