DISCUSSION REGARDING PEDESTRIAN SAFETY ON THE BEACHWALK. 21. DISCUSSION REGARDING POSSIBLE WAYS TO IMPROVE THE HOMELESS ISSUE IN MIAMI BEACH. 22. DISCUSSION REGARDING CONSTRUCTION SITE FENCING. 23. DISCUSSION REGARDING LIGHTING IN LUMMUS PARK AND MARINE TURTLE PROTECTION. 24. DISCUSSION REGARDING THE CURRENT STATUS OF THE TOPS PROGRAM: OFF DUTY POLICE. 25. DISCUSSION REGARDING THE REVIEW AND ANALYSIS OF EXTRANEOUS AND POTENTIALLY OUTDATED LEGISLATION IN MIAMI BEACH. 28. DISCUSSION REGARDING NOISE CONCERNS IN THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH.
