As many people try and find outdoor recreation, especially during the pandemic,  it seems we are seeing an increase in charter vessels and party boats on our waters as my office has received numerous complaints from the noise emanating from those vessels. I am aware of MBPD's partnership with the USCG to combat illegal charter vessels; however, I wanted to discuss additional steps to curb the bad behavior with either Legislative action and/or enforcement.
