A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, DIRECTING THE CITY ADMINISTRATION TO REQUEST CASE DISPOSITION DOCUMENT(S) FROM THE MIAMI-DADE COUNTY CLERK OF THE COURTS REGARDING ALL FELONY CASES, MISDEMEANOR CASES, AND TRAFFIC CITATIONS INITIATED BY THE MIAMI BEACH POLICE DEPARTMENT.


RECOMMENDATION

Pursuant to the request of Commissioner Michael Gongora, the above-referenced Resolution is submitted for consideration by the Mayor and City Commission at the February 10, 2021 Commission Meeting.
