| | | | | | | | ANALYSIS
| Miami Dade County is responsible for all traffic control signals and pavement markings throughout the City of Miami Beach. Right-of-way improvements along Washington Avenue are part of the scope of work for the Convention Center Renovation and Expansion Project. This includes traffic signal modifications and new crosswalks on the west side of Washington Avenue at 20th and 21st Streets are required.
As part of the approval process for the traffic signals and pavement marking permit for Washington Avenue, Miami-Dade County requires an easement which grants access to service its equipment. A survey describing the limits of the easement to be recorded per Miami-Dade County requirements is attached as Exhibit 1.
