DISCUSS THE MARKET IMPACT AND RISK TO PUBLIC SAFETY CAUSED BY THE DEAUVILLE HOTEL’S CLOSURE.

RECOMMENDATION


ANALYSIS

Considering the recent event of a piece of concrete falling off the Deauville hotel onto the beach boardwalk, the Commission should discuss litigation options and market impact caused by the hotel’s prolonged closure since July 2017.
