IN RE: An application has been filed requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new multistory mixed-use residential and retail development to replace surface parking lots and to retain two existing buildings, including one or more waivers and variances to reduce the required minimum height of frontages, to retain non-conforming setbacks, to not provide a continuous pedestrian pathway, to not provide the required minimum depth of shade structures, to reduce the required minimum depth of habitable spaces, to not conceal parking and loading with habitable spaces and to reduce the minimum percent of clear glass on commercial frontages.
