| Please place on the September 11 agenda, a referral to the Neighborhood/Community Affairs Committee to discuss Citizen, a Smartphone Police Blotter. Cities such as New York City, San Francisco, Baltimore, and Philadelphia have implemented this application and I would like City Staff to look into this and see if this would be helpful in the City of Miami Beach.
