Please place on March 13 Commission agenda, a discussion regarding the City of Miami Beach Boards and Committees (except Land Use Boards) frequency of their meetings. In my opinion (which is agreed to by the City Attorney) an erroneous email went out to city liaisons on March 1 indicating that Boards & Committees (except Land Use Boards) were to meet "quarterly, unless a special situation warrants more frequent meetings."  The City Code says boards must meet at least quarterly.  The Commission voted to allow boards to meet monthly, quarterly or set their own schedules as corroborated by a review of the video of the meeting.
