ALLOW FOR THE COLLECTION OF A ONE PERCENT
HOMELESS AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE TAX WITHIN THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH TO ASSIST HOMELESS PERSONS, AND
THOSE AT RISK OF HOMELESSNESS, AND VICTIMS OF
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE.
